Your full names and the full names of each member of your party.
Yor proposed date and time of arrival.
The number of nights you wish to stay.
Your date of departure.

Number of rooms you wish to reserve.
Number of adults in your party.

Your home address (including post/zip code and country), home, work & mobile telephone numbers, and your email address.

The number of persons in your party who will require evening meals, and on which dates during your stay.
Your preference, if any, as to room or rooms. (Please note, whilst we will try our very best to accommodate your wishes in this respect, we cannot guarantee any particular room save for a ground floor bedroom in case of particular need.)
Any special requests, dietary (we can even be GI & Atkins-friendly) or otherwise. (Pleased note, whilst we will try our very best to accommodate your wishes in this regard, we cannot guarantee to always be able to do so.)
