Don't fancy walking, running or jogging? Why not try bicycling around the region? You may bring your own bike with you; alternatively, cycles are available for hire locally. Everything

4 signposted bicycle circuits (ranging from 25 to 35 kilometres) allow you to explore the Pays Neufchâtelois and its country produce. 7 signposted mountain bike trails (ranging from 17 to 103 kilometres) will lead you to the heart of the Bray "Buttonhole" and discovery of the treasures of the Pays Neufchâtelois. 4 bicycle circuits are offered from the centre of Forges-les-Eaux towards various local villages. There are another 3 signposted bicycle circuits around the Andelle valley and the Forêt de Lyons. Finally, no less than 27 mountain bike trails (ranging from 3 to 53 kilometres) will take you into the heart of the Beauvais region; here there are 4 different proficiency levels, ranging from beginner to very experienced.

Bicycles and mountain bikes (VTT) may be hired from: M. Avril in Neufchâtel-en-Bray; Le Relais du Chasse-Marée in Forges-les-Eaux; Vauquet Cycles in Forges-les-Eaux; and M. Pompier in Bezancourt.
